Kimberly's practice includes criminal defense, civil litigation, medicare and medicaid investigations, immigration and naturalization, and personal injury.  Kimberly was a Senior Trial Counsel with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of New York, and a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice's Tax Division (Honors Program) in Washington, D.C.  Her experience includes numerous jury trials, appeals, and arbitrations.

Kimberly has handled a wide variety of business litigation matters including complex contract disputes involving asset purchase, change in control, lease, non-compete, partnership, and operating agreements.  Kimberly has also handled employment and ERISA, insurance coverage, personal injury, real property, real property tax, securities, and uniform commercial code litigation.

Drawing on her experience as a former Assistant United States Attorney, Kimberly's criminal defense practice has included the defense of individuals and entities charged with environmental, immigration, tax, and other federal crimes.  Kimberly has also represented individuals and entities investigated and/or charged with state crimes.



Kimberly is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association, the Central New York Women's Bar Association, and the Northern District of New York Federal Bar Association.

She is currently serving on the boards of the Federal Court Bar Association, the Onondaga County Public Library Foundation, and the Friends of the Central Library.
